Workiing Holiday Visa Renewal✨

The Working Holiday Program is a bilateral arrangement between countries and regions that allows young people from participating nations to enter and stay in each other's territories primarily for holiday purposes. During their stay, participants are permitted to engage in incidental employment to help cover their travel and living expenses.
Currently, Japan has such agreements in place with 30 countries and regions.

Recently, an Australian national visited our office hoping to renew her Working Holiday visa.　During her stay in Japan, she seemed to have returned to Australia few times for university-related events, including final exams, graduation assessments, and the graduation ceremony. Aside from these events, she will continue to spend the remainder of her time living in Japan.
I was very relieved that her visa renewal was successfully approved by the immigration. Although she will be temporarily returning to Australia for her graduation exams and ceremony, I sincerely hope she will complete her degree without any issues and return to Japan to make the most of her remaining time under the Working Holiday Visa.
